Adirondack Chairs Update #2

It may not look like we have been making progress on the chairs - but looks can be deceiving. We now have enough cedar milled from all of that reclaimed fence material to make two chairs.

It may seem like a lot of extra work to mill our own lumber - but cedar is very expensive. If we can get the cedar at a discounted price and mill it to our specifications - this means we can offer the community much more value for their money.

We participated in a class at North House Folk School and modeled our chairs after their design.

I plan to make templates for all the pieces. Once I gather all of our cedar - I will rough cut each piece, then use the templates to route the boards to their final shape.
